I help individuals, families, and small business owners understand and avoid probate by creating wills, trusts, health care directives, and powers of attorney. I also offer legal filling services for real estate transactions and incorporation of small businesses.

About ME

Rebecca M. Nguyen is the owner and attorney at Rebecca M. Nguyen, PLLC in Minneapolis, Minnesota and is a licensed Attorney practicing in the State of Minnesota.

Rebecca graduated from Bethel University with a BA in International Business before heading to the University of St. Thomas School of Law. While at UST School of Law, Rebecca participated in the UST Immigration Law Clinic and worked at a local twin-cities law firm. 

After graduating and being admitted to the bar, Rebecca worked for a busy estate planning firm in Plymouth for three years before opening her own firm in 2009.
